Lindsey Kealey is an instructor of education at Oregon State University and the author of the PAWsitive Choices Social and Emotional Learning curriculum. With a Bachelor’s of Science in Human Development and Family Sciences and a Masters of Arts in Teaching, Lindsey has a deep understanding of child development and effective teaching strategies. Her experience in both public schools and higher education has led her to create a curriculum that integrates neuroscience, social and emotional learning, and problem-solving to foster children’s growth and well-being. A California native, Lindsey now calls Central Oregon home and enjoys spending time in nature with family and friends. She loves podcasting with her husband, Thomas, to capture their key learnings from Thomas' cancer journey. 

Thomas is a dedicated Preoperative & Post Anesthesia charge nurse in Bend, Oregon, with a passion for helping others. Currently battling leukemia, Thomas uses his strength and resilience to create content that supports individuals facing medical challenges. His unwavering spirit and empathy have made him a valuable cohost on The Brain it On! Podcast and PAWsitive Choices Podcast, where he shares his experiences and offers encouragement to listeners. As a husband to Lindsey Kealey, Thomas's love and support are a constant source of inspiration.
